Do we know what forum software it is? I’m not familiar with this one and it looks very MS but that could just be the skin.
Never mind I found it in the header, it’s discourse forum on github so very customizable.

wildflower ; I just did a very quick research on digital cameras and found most only have a max of 10 second timers . However I also noticed a Kodak that detected when you smiled to take the shot . Would be good as long as you were facing the camera . I would NEVER post a photo with me smiling and showing my teeth . Lets say that my teeth have never been my best feature . I have action cameras that have a remote that I really like . There are GoPro knockoffs for pretty cheap , their color sensors can be a bit off at times .

@Oldman i’m guessing the smiling wouldn’t be a problem as most would edit their face out of the pic before posting.
Rather than take a photo, try recording a video of you posing then scroll through till you find the exact image you want a take a screenshot.

You can get Bluetooth remotes. 
And there are a lot of UK members on here, so you’ll be in good company with the teeth.

Depends on the device you’re using. On my phone its the lock button and volume down button pressed at the same time. On my tablet it’s lock and the home button together. Yours will be something similar

Google how to take a screenshot for your particular device. Alternatively if you’re filming on a tablet, pause it and take a pic of the screen using your phone.
