It would be nice to see more members of any gender participating. It’s very liberating and confidence building.

It’s not necessarily about shyness versus confidence. Some people are quite happy with themselves, but just can’t be arsed.

It could be a confidence boost - agreed @WillC.
I felt a bit voyeuristic when I looked at people’s pics - not a category I looked at on the old forum, but thought I would as it is the main benefit of TL2.
I was pleasantly surprised - it is great to see ‘real people’ in Lovehoney lingerie, rather than simply the models on the page description.
I’m not sure I have the selfie skills or kit.

No one would believe the amount of selfies I take that succumb to the delete button! I wish I could just snap away and everything would look right but it doesn’t. Taking pics for me means devoting the best part of a morning or afternoon!

@wildflower it is something I have always wanted to do, but didn’t feel I had the figure.
It is my 50th birthday in a week and I still want to do it - OH has surprised me by saying he’d like to take photos.
So, let’s see…

I’d say go for it @MsR , it’ll be easier for your OH to take the pictures than trying to do it yourself and it might be quite exciting for the both of you .

@Serpentwand a chest? A foot and ankle, or wrist with a nice watch? Your profile pic is good - lips, strong jawline? Nice hair and forehead? Bottom / back of thighs?
I hope the men on this forum don’t feel the need to workout or wear stuff before they post - confident bodies are good

I’m currently using a tablet to take my pictures because the camera on my phone isn’t that great but the thing that annoys me is I have to keep resetting the timer function on it. If I take too long faffing about getting into position the timer switches itself back off. The max on the timer is only 10 seconds anyway but it makes things a bit easier.
As regards male photos on here, I’m happy just to see a normal everyday bloke . If you’re looking to do something different how about hands? Chests and legs are also good.

@wildflower but the results are so worth it! 
The one part i won’t show is hands, i bite my nails too much, and i have a lot of scars! I have tried just chest and leg shots which i was quite happy with. But i agree, male poses are a bit limited! @MsR having your OH take the pics, will likely be a lot of fun for you both!

Can we have a category specifically for images? Or a proper gallery attached to this forum? The current user gallery is to be frank a bit duff with no search options or anything just pages of images ordered by most recent upload date. There has to be a better solution than just an endless thread.

I replied without reading. Never a good start. Let me have another go…
It’s new, so there’s no structure yet. Though you can click on a user’s profile picture and pull up their mini profile pop-out (if it’s not Hidden), and there’s a little grey box that says ‘x posts in topic’. If you click on that it’ll show you a truncated thread of just their stuff, so you can have a mini-exhibition.
But you’re right, they’re a little formless at the minute.
I’ve been an admin of a few forums in my time and I have to be honest and say this one isn’t very intuitive…come to think of it not many of them are lol, it’s probably going to evolve a little for LH use so it will probably get better.
There’s definitely some work still to do. And I don’t think they’ve even finished writing the instructions yet (I believe we may be the guinea pigs ). It’s a nice upgrade though.
And the picture quality is so much better than the old set up.
Do we know what forum software it is? I’m not familiar with this one and it looks very MS but that could just be the skin.
Never mind I found it in the header, it’s discourse forum on github so very customizable.
