I do know first hand though how you might have reasons for wanting surgery or changes that are completely your own decisions and choices. I totally understand that - I mean, I’m sure no one here would be shocked when I admit I’ve had a few different alterations and procedures myself 
but let’s not start the guessing game here, I think it’s quite obvious 
I’ve been off LH for some time recently with new Family additions (wahoo) and sadly family losses too (aboo) But I’m back now and can I say you are all looking amazing! 
Next question is where do we actually post pics to now as a lots changed since I was last here! Xx
Welcome back! You have to post them to Uploaded Photos 2020 and they will moderated and posted if they pass the guidlines.

There’s a couple of hoops to jump through before you can post images on this new set-up, but you can find out more in About the Your Photos category. All photos must be posted to a Topic in #your-photos, and they’ll then need moderator approval before they go live (and it’s an office hours thing).
You’ll need to be TL2 Member before you can post photos, but it only takes 15 visits, about an hour of reading a few different topics, and spraying a few Likes around, and you’ll be there quick as a flash.
