Hi, new here, hope someone can help. I used my new beginner's basics ben wa balls today for the first time. They felt quite comfy and reminded me to tense quite often. I actually kept them in for most of the day (livening up dinner with the ILs!). However when I took them out this evening, I had some spotting (sorry if TMI).
It wouldn't surprise me if I'm due a period soon (very irregular cycles): is it possible that I had the balls too high and I've irritated my cervix? It was surprisingly easy to keep the balls in, even while peeing!

I had the excate same this week , I also have irregular cycles & I thought I tore myself as I used my glass afterwards .
But I have come on so your are likely due to come on x
due to the vagina being very sensitive, especially the cervix, you'd most likely realise if the balls were irritating you enough to make you bleed and so i think it probably is down to a period
Hi Twinkle, welcome to the forums! Well sounds to me like you're just due on a period; I'm sure you would have noticed if the balls were doing any major irritating. I'd advise you to avoid using them until your period comes and then use them after you've fully finished your period.
However, if the spotting continues and you don't have a period I'd advise you to see your doctor or think about buying some new balls. LH have a fantastic returns policy if you need to use it -
