Generally the most important feature for me is who it's attached to.
Also, what do you mean by 'quality'. Do penises have 'qualities' - if so, I choose bravery and humility, also kind to animals

For me its the person attached to - you have to have a connection personally. Also feel many will have an opinion
As others have said above, it's the person it's attached to. If I don't find them nice, attractive, caring ect ect the penis can P!$S off lol!
