Ok, slightly shamefaced question but i've been playing with my happy rabbit and tracy cox viba today alot and my clit is really sore. I've had it like this before but never though toy play (except for my wand) can i put anything on it? Maybe arnica cream?

Sudocream? i had a rash from shaving and i used sudocream it worked fine and didnt irritate me its made for nappy rash so i would assume its ok for sensitive bits or even some bepanthen?
How long were you playing for? I would have thought that rest or perhaps a cool pack (not ice) would help.
I think the best thing to do would be to give it a rest from all activity! If you've been using toys quite a lot (especially ones with strong vibrations) or just generally been getting a lot of action recently you may just have overdone it and made it very sensitive.
Give it at least a few days of no action and stick to internal stimulation to see if that helps. If it's still sore after a few days I'd recommend seeing a doctor just to make sure everything is ok - it's nothing to be embarrased about, remember doctors have see it all before! Hope you're ok!
Also, I wouldn't recommend putting any kind of creams on such a sensitive area without a doctor's approval
Ok your clit will no diubt be better, by the time you make this up. But make some none the less, if the same thing happens, or if you get grazes, etc
Olive oil-from £1 shop
Chamomile-essential oil
Orange/sweet orange essential oil
You can get the essential oils cheep from eBay etc
6/10 drops of orange
10/12 drops of chamomile
Shake it up, and use if and when needed, good for bruises and stretch marks, also sensual massages too
Other than that, use a cold compress (shudders) or a hot water bottle, wrapped in a towel
You could always finely chop some parsley and mix it with some olive oil, leave it on your ehh bits for 20/30 mins. Messy i know but ..better than walking around in agony
Please make sure your not allergic to any of the above oils provided
I would say a bit of sudocream would be ok as it's made for delicate baby skin and will protect and sooth the area.....definitely no clit action until it's better and if not better in a couple of day definitely see a GP/nurse x
Essential oils will be ok, if you have cuts etc down there, but if something like this persists or if its really bad go to the doctors
I agree with Ruby, you should have a break from playing for a couple of days until it calms down. An ice pack (not directly, make sure it is covered in a cloth) should help to calm it down too, but only use for about a minute a couple of times a day. Hope you feel better soon Hun :) xx

You should refrain from any unneccessary clit stim for a few days till things get better maybe up your lube usage when you are using toys only reason i can think of for the soreness is being too dry

I personally wouldn't put anything on it, it's such a sensitive area you never know what might irritate it and make it worse.
Definitely lay off the clit stimulation and toys for a few days, you don't want to be sore when your new rotating dildo arrives ey
