I don’t often talk about my porn usage and preferences. I guess because it’s such a personal thing. Anyhow, I figured I’d risk it for once.

I prefer home-made/amateur content. Anything that smacks of “faking it for the camera” or in which the camera is clearly being operated by an invisible 3rd party is a total turn-off for me.

For quite a long time I’ve been a fan of a real-life same-sex couple from the UK who had a channel on Pornhub. They’re called Rosie and Alena. They have a 24/7 BDSM relationship which majors on edging and sensation play.

Although of course they are aware of their audience and earn money from their ‘brand’, content-wise essentially all they do is to point a mobile phone at their actual domestic sex life and kink play, and it’s wonderfully erotic stuff because in every vid it’s blatantly obvious that everything they do, even the pain play, is totally consensual and an expression of their love for each other. As if that weren’t enough, the sensual icing on the cake is that Rosie (the dominant) has a voice that makes me a bit weak at the knees! Their channel has dozens of videos, including Q+A sessions with their fans and “how to” guides on basic BDSM practice.

…or, rather, it did. I went to visit their channel earlier this week and, with no warning or announcement from them, it has disappeared completely. :astonished:

This might seem a stupid thing to say, but I am hugely saddened by this: I feel like I’ve lost two friends who I really admired. I guess it’s possible that they’ve moved over to a more lucrative paid-only platform - I dunno - but web searches are revealing nothing. Right now I’ve no idea where they’ve disappeared to. Most of all, I hope that nothing bad has happened to them - that they haven’t been ‘outed’ (they were always super-careful to never show their faces) or subjected to blackmail or intimidation by anyone.

Some of their vidios are still on the internet in other places (at least im pretty sure its the same people. Alena is a rather unusual spelling). I cant link them for obvious reasons, but theyre out there if you search them in inverted commas and then go vidios

Yeah, that’s what concerns me. The way I see it, there can only be a limited number of reasons:

  1. They moved to another, paid-only platform. If so, how come a web search can’t find it, and why would they leave their lucrative legion of loyal fans completely unaware of where they’ve gone to?

  2. They broke Pornhub rules and got banned. Extremely unlikely. Nothing they posted was ever sick/extreme or in any way illegal.

  3. They broke up as a couple. Seems mega-unlikely, and even if they did, wouldn’t they still want to keep on making some cash out of their old videos? Or wouldn’t one of them post a message saying “Sorry fans - this happened.”?

  4. They got threatened/blackmailed/outed. This seems worryingly possible. :worried:

Maybe they just decided it was time to retire from videoing and didn’t want to leave it up for safety’s sake?
If you can send messages on pornhub, they Could have just got sick of getting nasty mail. Sadly some people get so much dreadful stuff written to them. Ive seen it with female youtubers (and thats just to female gamers. Not even amateur porn)
At the end of the day, no way to know. Just have to send them good wishes and cross fingers.

Oh wow. I’ve been watching those 2 for a while and recently, subscribed and stuff. But I wasn’t watching them because recently I’ve been using my imagination more. That’s so sad that they are gone :cry:

Pornhub deleted a lot of content at the end of last year and has been in the process of verifying all content providers. It may be that they have been caught in that purge.

Gosh. Can’t imagine how they would have failed validation, but who knows? Meanwhile, the vast river of unreal crap flows on unabated… :roll_eyes:

They may not have failed it as such, maybe they’ve chosen not to do it. It requires providing proof of identity and not everyone is comfortable with that.

I actually made an account just to say that I found this looking for Rosie and Alena. And you are correct… They’re just… Gone… It makes me incredibly sad, too. I love how Rosie used to get on and just talk about the S and M lifestyle while she cuddled Alena and you knew… You knew that they were knowledged in the stuff. That it wasn’t a game for them. I miss them.
