So i just bought the gyr8tor 2 and i am charging it for the first time and its going crazy on my bed. As soon as i unplug it then it stops but i cannot turn it off while it is on the charger… has anyone else had this problem?
Sounds like this might be a case for customer service to assist with as you might have a faulty toy or it could be solved by pushing a button to turn off

I don’t own the gyr8tor but had a similar problem with my first InsideOut. It was fine on first use, but then switched itself on when placed on charge, mine wouldn’t then turn off either when on charge or without the charger connected. It had to go and sleep under a pillow in the spare bedroom until it’s battery died as it was so loud

Unfortunate, but these things do occasionally happen.
Contact Customer Care and they can help you, I was sent a replacement with no issues and a free returns lable for the faulty one.

Tried all the buttons. Held them down and have done all i can. I have emailed customer service. Thank you

Sounds like it may be faulty then and hopefully can have a replacement sent out
