My Mantric vibrator won’t charge properly and flashed red

So I’ve had this vibratory for little over 2 months and I had no problems with it and I love it but recently the wand won’t charge properly or it won’t work properly. It would only turn on for like a min then automatically turn off and if I turn it back on the same process.

I charge it about every 2 weeks ever since I got it. It’s not flashing white and the only colours it flashes are blue when u turn it on and red when u use it.I’ve always charged it for 24 hrs maybe more

I would suggest speaking with Customer Services. The product may be faulty, the product should certainly last longer than 2 months

If it’s gone faulty then defo contact customer service as it should still be under guarantee :nerd_face:
