Hi @Lovehoney_Brenna , my list of saved items has dropped from 99+ down to 2.
Is this something that’s happened at LH’s end or could it be something at mine? ie. where are the saved items lists stored, locally or your server?
Edit: So I see people had a similar issue a while back. Is this something to do with my being logged out without realising while browsing the shop and saving items?

I had the same thing happen to me as well about a month ago. I had to add them all again. X
So its not isolated. Was there an explanation?
No, it just happened. I took it as a technical glitch. But I had about 50 something items on there so it was fun adding them all again – not!! 
Yeah I think the suggestion by others that its essentially a sync issue when you edit the list while logged out makes sense. So you’re likely right its just a glitch. I’ll see if Brenna’s got any advice before starting again.
The lovehoney website was briefly down yesterday. Might have something to do with it but not sure
EDIT: I have just checked and my saved items are still all there.
I’ve just tested the sync possibility.
Logged out. Added 2 items to the list. Logged back in. Instead of just the 2 new ones there was 4. So it worked correctly, or how I would expect.
I’m now wondering if its Windows 10/11 thing. I’ve noticed the site looks different on my Windows 10 computer ( new items in my Notifications and Account drop down are purple ) than it does on Windows 11 ( new items are pale grey ).
Ive had this happen to me before. I’ve discovered I need to log into my Lovehoney account, save items but then remember to log out when I’ve finished. I haven’t had any issues since.
I don’t buy into that reason they have done it so you have to buy your saved items
