Nancy Friday | Sexual fantasies and erotic literature - anyone read?

My first real sexual partner introduced me to the writing of Nancy Friday. I wondered if anyone else read her work or used her books in the bedroom?

My ex would force me to read her the erotic fantasies (she would mark the pages) out loud to her as she rode me or pleasured me. Normally she would climax at the apex of the story.

Has anyone else found Women on Top, Men in Love or My Secret Garden useful in the bedroom?

EDIT: For those that don't know, Nancy Friday is a psychologist who broke some sexual taboos in the 60's/70's by asking women to write in anonymously with their real life fantasies. By publishing the book she proved that women are not abnormal and are just as sexual as men.

She also broke down the fantasies by type and psychology explaining the motivations behind them. Really important work especially in the Baptist belt in the USA where women were shamed and made to feel unclean.

No , I haven't read any of Nancy Fridays stuff yet but certainly intend to . I love reading about other people's fantasies.....it might give me a load of ideas I'd never have thought of !

Wildflower - you should.

Women on Top is the best. The fantasies are explicit; especially as the women get more and more turned on.

Many of them admit they have to stop and have a play before finishing.

Thanks SFTM, it sounds like my kind of book !

I enjoy these.

I'm definitely going to check this out 😊 Thank you cx

You may find Dare by Tracy Cox to be an interesting read. =) and garden of desires by emily dubberley.

Yes I've read them all found them utterly fascinatating. Secret garden to women on top..

The human sexual psychology of the mind is so hot.

I've enjoyed some of the works of Cassie Caine. It's mainly CFNM but I think a good erotic read
