Need a dildo!

Hi all, I'm after some recommendations for a new dildo. What I'm after is a silicone dildo where the silicone is soft and non-draggy (like the smoothness found on Lelo vibes or Tracy Cox rabbit), it needs to be around 4.5 to 5 inches in circumference with an insertable length of 5-6 inches. I would prefer a non-lifelike one, but it's not a deal breaker. Anything other than flesh colour or black would be good too.

I've looked through loads and keep getting lost. The key is the silicone as Mrs TJ prefers little or no lube, so this is key.

Thanks in advance for anyone that can point me in the right direction.

Before qe suggest anything,
-silicone is always draggy
-is it for anal play?
-have you looked / are you interested in glass dildos? (They're far less draggy)

Also are you looking for just a plain dildo... no rabbit ears? Any vibrating features?

Do you require a suction cup?

I would look into glass as Mamz suggested. You can search by girth and insertable length to find the right one. I rarely use lube with glass toys and if I do, it's a small amount. I don't use any silicone toys without lube as the material always has some degree of drag.

While i am glad I have a few glass toys I actually prefer my silicone and more "soft" surface toys so if you venture into glass keep in mind while the lack of lube needed is awesome, teperature play is nice, it is a solid / hard surface.

Hi The Collector, just to let you know you are not meant to put links to other websites on the forum or mention competitors, this is only allowed on the 'pander to me' thread.

I have never heard of that or seen anything about that anywhere.

It says next too where you write messages that: URLs of approved sites will be automatically linked.

And Lovehoney sell their toys, not all obviously but some...

Hi, it is in the forum rules, number 8 And states you shouldn't advertise or mention competitors sites on the forum. You can find the rules under the thread 'Welcome to the Lovehoney forum'

I believe you were told to have a read of the rules earlier on The Collector, so please do. They're short and very straight forward. Consistent rule breaking can lead to being removed from the forums in some cases and we wouldn't want that!

Approved sites generally mean links to helpful, sex-related articles to debate or discuss or links to elsewhere on Lovehoney.

Thanks for the input so far. We have a couple of glass dildos but Mrs TJ isn't too keen, she prefers something a little softer. It's also not going to be for anal play - she's ok with a little plug, but hasn't got on with anything bigger. Just for vaginal play, and just a dildo - no vibrator. She wants something a bit girthy to get that full feeling, but not enormous. We have a Fun Factory Tiger vibe, and this is the kind of size she wants, but the silicone on this one is draggy and requires a fair amount of lube.

So, any other ideas gang?

Can I ask why she doesn't really like lube?

You can ask. Most lubes irritate her, even water based. We've got some Sliquid parables free lube which is ok, but we rarely need it and she just prefers not to use it if possible unless it's for her butt plugs.

Hi, I would recomend this http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=36007 it's fantastic, feels good, very smooth and I don't need lube with it but make sure it's wet, from running it under the tap, should be enough. It's a realistic shape but a great rainbow colour. Well worth the money.

I have the same problem. I find the best so far is KY Jelly. All others sting and usually result me in getting severe irritation. Have you thought about aluminium? I was sceptical but prefer it to glass as I even find glass toys can be uncomfortable.

http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=35061 this is great but won't give her a full feeling, but I prefer it to glass.

http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=29597 this is wonderful. One of my favourites and VERY girthy, but isn't silicone.

Vicious? Not at all! It's just that it has been said numerous times that links to other sites (whether you see them as a competitor or not) are only allowed on the Pander to Me thread and it explains that somewhere in the rules.

I apologise if you misread my tone, but I was just trying to point you in the direction of those rules so you didn't get a warning from the moderators, as like I said in my original post, we wouldn't want that. 😊

Thanks for all the advice people, got a good few to consider.
Shame the post was somewhat hijacked with arguments about rules. They're all freely available to read so rather than arguing, how about just take a trip to the appropriate page and check them.

Seeing this thread again has just reminded me of a dildo that's within the size range and can be used comfortably with a small amount of lube. It does have a small amount of drag, but I haven't found a dildo made from silicone that doesn't have some. It's a pretty good toy, although I'm not sure if the shape would interest her?

I have this too and it is divine, and is the only one to get me to squirt so far. Sometimes it's not the girth, but the shape that can really do it for you.

Thanks for all the advice people, I looked at this one and was tempted, but then I saw this one

Its very similar, and in the sale for just a tenner. Hopefully this will be a good choice!
