We've updated the Browse Members page - http://www.orgasmarmy.com/cadetlisting.aspx - link at the top right of the screen...
It now shows the top 3 members of the week - the 3 people who have submitted the most reviews and contributed the most to the message boards.
You can click other links on that page to see the all-time top members and each week's top 20 reviewers and top 20 posters...

We've also updated (in response to feedback!) the Member of the Day feature, so now only members who have posted at least 3 reviews will feature (other than that it's random!).
