Don’t have one, but the usual advice is plenty of lube, take it slow and listen to your body.
Also maybe use a smaller toy first to work up to it 
My OH has this one…it’s not used all the time…but when she’s in the mood it’s enjoyed.
With anything like this is about warming up first and not rushing. When this gets used it’s usually after a good long session of my performing oral on her, followed by some fingers/smaller insertions.
