New Website

Hello there, there seem to be a lot less options available when filtering; it would be nice if the filtering functionality could be expanded to match what used to be available; I have found myself giving up browsing a couple of times, as I have been unable to filter results as much as one used to.

Also, having just had to fill out a return request form; the form asks for as much detail as possible about the issue, then only gives you 130 characters, which is barely enough for scant details.

Hopefully teething troubles can be sorted out soon! Thanks…

Stupid question here, but how do I tell if I’m unlimited?

I put an order in for around £20 a few weeks ago and used a 20% discount code - I obviously wasn’t expecting the 25% one. I got charged postage so went on Live Chat where my account was checked and I AM still unlimited so the postage was refunded.

I have the Kurve in my basket (currently 20% off) and there’s a 20% discount taken off that, for which I should be grateful, but I’m still being charged postage. I’m just wondering if there’s still such a thing as the unlimited 25% and how I swap it out for the 20% that I can’t seem to get rid of!

Thanks to anyone who can help!

The code for the Unlimited discount is Unlimited25off40, and you put that in the ‘Have a voucher code?’ box in your basket.

It only works if your account has been tagged as Unlimited though, and some people’s didn’t swop over properly (I had to ask Brenna for help with mine).

Your free delivery is now a £3.99 discount that you can put towards either free standard delivery, or some money off a quicker one. But it should be free over £40 anyway. :+1:

Apologies if someone else has already mentioned this, but I’ve noticed another odd glitch in the new LH website.

If I log in to my account, go to my order history and look at the details for what items comprised each order, the page tells me that every item I ordered was FREE! - yet the total at the bottom shows the correct price paid. Not a major annoyance for me, but I thought the LH web team should be made aware of it.

Thanks, Mr Chimp.

I’ve tried adding it but it’s not recognised. I can’t find any way of removing the 20% off either. Live Chat told me I am still Unlimited but there’s no mention in my account of it.

I’m getting very frustrated! I’m pretty sure the Kurve would help but…

@Lovehoney_Brenna may be able to help you out. :slightly_smiling_face::+1:

@VR - The 25% won’t apply if you already have the 20% on there. When you go to your basket there is (underneath items but before subtotal) a line that says “do you have a voucher code?” - click on the plus next to it and your 20% off code should be there. Underneath there is a button that says remove. You should then be able to add the 25% one. Hope that helps

The code isn’t there. Just a blank box. I hoped that adding the 25off40 might have over-ridden the 20% but it doesn’t. It just says it isn’t valid.

Hope the bat signal works before the offer ends!

Brenna liked our posts earlier, so there’s a chance it’s been fixed? (not sure how long these things take though). If it’s still not working you should send her an email at the community@lovehoney.co.uk address, and see if you can have a chat about it. :+1:

Customer Care have also been known to apply the discount manually if you phone them (you may have to ask explicitly though?)

Thanks, Mr Chimp. I’ll check now.

Fingers crossed…

I had this problem too and customer care gave me a new 25% code off to use, and when I put THAT one in it successfully gets rid of the 20% discount that’s stuck there.

And it worked again the next time the 20% got stuck too.

@Cassii Do you mind me asking what code got stuck?

Brenna’s on the case for me but I’m wondering if I can shift it myself.

I’m getting closer (I think). The Unlimited code was accepted (or at least it says it is), but the 20% is still off in the right-hand column. That’s a step further than it’s been before!

I have one of the student/military etc discount club memberships and get 20% off via that - because I follow a link through my club membership page I don’t know what the code is and it looks on the Lovehoney website that there isn’t one actually applied but I do get the discount at the bottom

How did it look when you went to the payment page? Sometimes going all the way to checkout can trigger a refresh (though don’t actually pay until you’re ready :slightly_smiling_face:).

I’ve just mocked up an order for a Kurve in my checkout (with the more expensive 1-day delivery option to demonstrate how the new ‘delivery discount’ could work for orders over £40):

Thanks again, Mr Chimp. Nothing like that, unfortunately.

I have noticed that when I put in the Unltd discount, although it doesn’t come off in the basket because that annoying 20% off is still there (and I really should not moan as that’s a great deal to start with!), all the items I look at now have a little purple 25% off symbol alongside.

So, my persistence (nagging personality apparently) is doing something.

Thanks, too, Cassii.

I think there’s only £4 difference between the 25% and 20% off on this item, so may be worth ordering anyhoo if you start to get worried about missing out. I think you can then phone up and they’ll refund you the difference. :slightly_smiling_face::crossed_fingers:

It’s on the way!

Yeah, CS are really great. I had a few items I wanted to order before the sale ended and the postage didn’t come off. A quick two minutes on Live Chat and they refunded straight away.

I must admit I’ve NEVER had such great CS from any other company. I normally dread things going wrong with other companies but know it’ll get sorted here, no fuss, no problems.

That’s a relief. :slightly_smiling_face: My Unlimited went a bit weird too. It wouldn’t accept the code at first, and then Brenna sorted it - but then the postage discount didn’t work and I had to ask for more magic. It’s all sorted now, but would have been quite frustrating if I’d been trying to order over a weekend.

I’m looking forward to hearing what you think to the Kurve. They’ve used all the right words in the product blurb to pique my interest. :slightly_smiling_face:

Hmmm… There’s something a bit odd about the look of that calculation, isn’t there? The sum itself is correct, but at the bottom it says “You have saved £40.00” Surely you’ve only saved £23.99 - or am I maybe missing something offscreen?

The Kurve is £100 full price. That number is including the 20% sale discount, plus the subsequent Unlimited 25% off. :+1: (and doesn’t include the delivery discount)
