Stuck 20% Voucher

This has happened to someone else. I think they had to contact Customer Care to get something done on their end.

Edit: I’ve had a root around:

I had this problem too and customer care gave me a new 25% code off to use, and when I put THAT one in it successfully gets rid of the 20% discount that’s stuck there. And it worked again the next time the 20% got stuck too.
