Its been on charge for at least 3 hours. I pull it off charge and hold in the on button and well. Nothing.
I keep plugging it back in to wait for the light to go completely green again and even after that still nothing.
Is there anything I can do? Im super bummed it only arrived today.

Does that model have smart silence technology, ie it will only work when it’s against skin?
Im not sure but I have tried while holding it against my palm too just to be safe :c
Actually I just noticed. The green light is still on while its not plugged in? Is that… Meant to be a thing?
Any leds turn on when you hold the power button?
Its just on all the time
Some troubleshooting ideas (sorry if any come across a bit rude/condescending, not my intention, just trying to cover all bases):
- Are toy using the charger it came with? (Some people don’t like opening a new charger when they have one they think will fit but they don’t always work if it’s not the same brand).
- That being said, if you have a similar charger, it can be worth giving it a try.
- Try changing the outlet you are plugged into.
- In theory, you should need to push and hold the power button (the one closest the nozzle) for approximately 2 seconds
- Once you’ve push and held the power button, try pushing the plus button a couple of things just to make sure it isn’t on super low.
Yeah I have no other charges like that one.
I will try plugging it into my PC to charge it though.
Ive held it in for like 40 secs at some stages now too to try and get it to work

I think the light is meant to be flashing green while charging, and then static green when fully charged. And the light goes red when in use (and starts flashing when it’s hungry).
If it’s not gone red for you when you press the power button then I’m not sure it’s on? So, either a faulty power button, or you’re pressing the wrong thing. You could try rolling your thumb over the power button to try and see if that ‘catches’ the switch under the button itself (sometimes they can be misaligned). But even if that does work I’d still contact Customer Care and get a replacement, as that’s not great - though it would allow you to check the toy out before you sent it back. Small-medium risk of not being able to turn it back off again the same way, but you can always stuff it under some pillows for 4 hours until its tired itself out.
And (just to be ridiculously sure ) this is the power button:
Maybe check the troubleshoot instructions on the leaflet? And if still no solution then I’d contact the manufacturer as it could be a faulty batch and they’ll happily replace it for you
I’ve had a faulty product from the Lovehoney website before and I contacted customer service, provided pictures in the email and they sent out a new one straight away and by the sound of it, you got a faulty product. I absolutely love my womanizer and I’ve never had any problems with it. Maybe try contacting customer service.
They come with a 5 year warranty now too. 
Womanizer now offer a 5-year warranty on all products.
