To prioritise my marriage and make sure we actually go on date nights, rather than just talking about it and procrastinating.
I also need to think before I speak and take a breath, rather than letting my emotions run away with themselves in the heat of the moment

I tend to set myself targets for exercise and time doing things. These haven’t really worked long term so I’m considering how I can set myself a target for happiness and contentment.
I don’t do resolutions because January is miserable enough without self inflicting abstinence or exercise on myself!
I do have certain goals for 2023, but i am a patient chap, and if i don’t achieve them there’s always 2024!

Mime and my fiances resolution for next year is instead of wasting our money spending it on going on more holidays, climbing ben nevis and purchasing lots of sex toys, lingerie, clothes and moving house. Although this year’s been the best of my life finding my soul mate who’s been my bff but the timings never been correct previously
