A wand is usable for both genders. If you have a butt plug or similar you can get amazing sensations by putting the wand on the external part of the butt plug or you can use it on your penis or testicles.
That’s really tough to say as everything is so dependent on personal preferences! It may be a matter of taking time and trying things out to really dig into what she likes.
