Over the last 3 years I have found that I really enjoy the constant but gentle stimulation of wearing a chastity cage. Recently though I have added to this by wearing nipple clamps for most or all of the day too.
The type I wear constantly are the tweezer type which can be adjusted to give a gentle but constant pinch rather than the more extreme types that we use for our play sessions. They are also reasonably discreet so I can wear them out and about too.
I check regularly to see that I am not cutting off the blood circulation and if the pain increases beyond a certain point I remove them.
I am loving the constant nipple stimulation and my wife loves the additional opportunities it gives her to tease me too.
Even when they are removed I find that my nipples stay sensitive for a few hours afterwards which is also nice.
Does anyone else wear nipple clamps for long periods or when out and about?
As much as I love nipple clamps, wearing for longer periods isn’t a risk I’m willing to take. They might not be completely cutting off the blood flow but they still affecting it so I don’t want to push my luck going beyond 30 minutes.
Most interesting, my nipples tend to be very sensitive as they are so all I need is to just feel my clothing fabric brush against them and they perk right up
Unfortunately my clamps are a bit too severe to wear for extended periods, particularly the weighted ones
I would also struggle to conceal them under a shirt etc
Have worn for quite long periods at home but I can’t envisage wearing them outside, perhaps I need a pair like you describe Rockstar?
The tweezer type are quite low profile so the can’t be seen under loose clothing and they are adjustable so you can reduce the ‘pinch’ to a comfortable level.
They’d be far more enjoyable on my nips than the shopping list!
Unfortunately they won’t arrive/ be delivered before our next play session on Monday night but I will have to be satisfied with my weighted ones.

Nipples tend to be a highly neglected part of the average male’s sexual adventuring, as the focus is usually on other organs. I love playing with nipple clamps but I don’t use them for long periods of time. I went through a phase where i was using them for about 30mins most days but after a while my nipples became less sensitive and I didn’t get as much pleasure from playing with them as I did before. I don’t know if this was due to overusing the clamps or just a natural fluctuation in sensitivity. Thanks @Calie for mentioning that they cut off blood supply, I’m thinking that this might explain my decreased sensitivity? My sensitivity seems to be increasing again now so I think I’ll use my clamps a bit more carefully in future.
