General playing with them never really did it for me - not bad, just more of a weird sensation...the clips were a lot harder and it's that which seems to have woken them up...

I bought these just to try the whole thing out and they're fine (small nips too)...everything has to be dry and unlubed, or they slide...but they do the trick for me...
