I can but like others, it doesnt do anything for me but hubby loves it. Im not really that sensitive in my nipples. I like ice cubes on them but thats about it. Used to , but not nearly s flexible as I used to be.
I can and have licked my own nipples, but as others have said I don’t get anything out of it apart from seeing that it excites my OH. My nipples are super sensitive and I love my OH playing with them, nibbling, biting and sucking them. But they just don’t seem to have the same sensitivity if I play with them.

I’m totally flat chested, so there’s no way I can reach. But they’re super sensitive if anybody else plays with them, and even more so since I got them pierced.
My GF, though, has large breasts. She can (with effort) reach her nipples, although she doesn’t really attempt it.
