I don't really rate vibrating nipple stuff to be honest. I've tried a couple of different types but I've found the vibes to be hugely lacking. Have you tried using regular clamps (strong ones if she likes the bite) and holding a wand or other powerful vibe against them? I know it's not hands free, but it feels amazing.
If hands free is the way you want to go, try getting a couple of bullets and use bondage tape to secure them to her nipples. It does hinder your access but jiggling them and pressing them against her changes the sensation, and if you get bullets with patterns you can pick one she likes.
If she's into pleasure/pain you could maybe think about investigating electrosex nipple clamps too :)
