For G spot stimulation: Opt for a water-based, glycerin-free lube (glycerin increases the risk of UTI’s) - I personally love Pjur Woman Nude and you get loads in the bottle! You want to use the larger side and a gentle, stroking, rocking or even very small circles with the head of the wand against her g-spot. She’ll let you know what feels awesome for her!
For P spot stimulation: you’ll want to use the smaller side, especially if you’re fairly new to anal play. Use lots of lube, and however much seems enough, use more. For pspot pleasure, I personally find that I need to stimulate my pspot with a silicone dildo or use my sex machine for anal prior to using my njoy wand. I’ve learned that for best results I need to be aroused and have prior stimulation to get the magic out of my njoy.
