No email confirmation for returns form

I filled out the form last night but haven’t received a confirmation email as of this morning. The last time I filled out a help request I got a confirmation email very quickly, so I was wondering if this means there was an error? I don’t want to inundate with repeat requests, but I don’t know if this one actually went through correctly. I did check my spam folder and it isn’t there!

Best thing to do is either use their online chat or drop a email to them​:slightly_smiling_face:

I think my last return I didn’t get a response until 3 or 4 days. Don’t panic and just wait. My experience is that it’s a different response if you’re submitting based on the 100 day guarantee or a straight return (say of lingerie).

I did have one time that I received instructions on how to ship something back straight from the parcel service and in my anxiety I sent it out right away, only to receive an email a day later that I didn’t need to send it back and could keep or dispose as preferred. So now I do always wait until I actually get a confirmed instruction from customer care.
