Odered something the other day. Id like to track my order, but my confirmation email did not have a tracking number on it. This was before I’d made an account so i cant just check my order on the website.

You are probably best off messaging customer care as they should be able to send it to you

Depending on when you ordered, it may not be shipped/fulfilled yet. I find that fulfillment often comes 24-48 hours after order confirmation. Worse if you’re shopping on the weekend. I always get a second message when it’s been fulfilled, and then I’ve usually had another day of delay from fulfillment until the tracking link has any info.
I’m in the US, if that matters.

Yeah i ordered it on friday, was told it would arrive today. Have yet to receive any secondary email

I ordered yesterday and they said tracking should be provided within 24 hours but I haven’t gotten a tracking number yet. Did yours ultimately come through?
