Looking at nude beaches for next holiday.
Is it normal or frowned upon if you get an stiffy?? I really don’t know how my penis will react when put in that situation as we all know they have minds of their own and never been naked in public before
Is being on a nude beach a turn on or is it just deemed as a beach with lots of people in the same boat and the nakedness isint taken into consideration opinions and experiences of all welcome

From personal experience you will probably find it very stimulating initially then it will die down as you get used to the situation.

I went out of season so it was pretty deserted - chatted to a few friendly people though. Everyone was very relaxed.

Definitely frowned on. In the main, people go to nude resorts to get back to a “garden of Eden” state: to liberate themselves from the norms of a society that equates nakedness with sexual display. On nude beaches, it is a big no-no for a guy to allow himself to get visibly excited. It sets off perv alarms and could result in you being banned from the beach. The biggest thing you have to remember here is that, unless specified as otherwise, naturist/nude holiday spots are not adults-only zones. They are family spaces: naked parents holidaying with their naked kids.
The reality of being naked amongst nudists is that initially you will be so scared of getting excited it will kill your ability to get hard at all. Once you get past that stage and start to relax, you should be sufficiently used to being surrounded by bare flesh that it won’t happen - and of course, you’ll be making damned sure you don’t let your brain stray into erotic wish-making territory anyway.
I think the most important question you need to ask yourself is “what is my motivation for wanting to be on a nude beach?” If you’re concerned that the experience may be too much of a turn-on for you, then - unless you’re booking into some sort of specialist resort that caters for the swinger/sex party trade - you’re probably doing it for the wrong reasons.

I’ve been on two of them - in both cases by accident! Once was on a visit to Brighton. The town was packed, and my wife and I couldn’t find a parking space on the seafront. We kept driving until finally we saw one and nabbed it. We then carried our stuff onto the (strangely underpopulated) nearby stretch of beach and laid out our picnic stuff. It took us about 30 minutes to work out why every person that passed by seemed to have forgotten their beachwear…
The 2nd time was at a remote, secluded cove on the Isle of Harris. We settled ourselves in the mouth of a small cave and I had fun playing with our dog on the beach. At one point she took her ball and ran off round the other side of some tall rocks. I followed …and found myself chasing her through a group of 15-20 nudists, who found it all hilarious!

I understand there’s a view that “accidents do happen” but if it does you should take steps to preserve your modesty (rolling to your front/hiding it well/relocating to deeper water) until you are back under control - definitely frowned upon to be flaunting a massive stiffy. But if something does stir and you are discreet and hide it until back under control people understand it’s just biology and you are not a pervert.

We’ve been to a couple, one on holiday and one here in the UK.
It’s a strange feeling, at first your very conscious of the fact you’re naked and every one else is. I had to ban my partner from touching me, which she found hilarious,. By touching I mean little gestures of affection a hand on a knee on a stroke of the bum etc, I was so conscious of any effect it may have on me.
By the end of our holiday I’d relaxed and was completely comfortable with the whole thing.
If I did begin to get a bit excited I rolled onto my front.
Personally I love it, just being able to see my partners gorgeous body naked, outdoors in the hot sun on a beach surrounded by people in a similar state.
The beach on holiday was populated by adults we ended up visiting it every day, it had a very relaxed and friendly vibe.

We went to a huge one in Spain and the whole thing was very enjoyable, very exciting and in the end felt incredibly natural.
I had the same worries before we went but it’s all in your head and none of it happens.
The only time I started to get aroused was when we were stood at the beach bar having a beer and I was just looking at the wife and my mind started to wander. Once I got back in the moment and remembered where we were everything calmed down.
The other failsafe is get in the sea. It’s always cold no matter where you are and once you get out I guarantee it won’t be an issue!!!

Would love to but my wife says no not going to happen she doesn’t like her body image after four kids it did a number on her tummy and boobs she says so when the kids are gone we have naked house

@Chosen-one Yesss! Always wondered this! Though to clarify, you’re wondering if you’ll get dirty looks for getting hard in public or if it’s normal and all the guys are walking around at full mast?
I think it’s probably a worry for most guys the first time they try nudism but in reality it doesn’t happen. While the sight of naked bodies can be a thing of beauty I don’t find it stimulating in that way and if you did I would suggest you roll onto your front as others have said until you get it under control. I’ve seen some guys semi on the beach but never with a full hard on and can’t imagine that it would be acceptable to many.
If you do go for it though I guarantee you’ll meet some great nonjudgmental people and have a wonderful experience. It feels great to swim naked then sun dry without wet clothes

No nude beach experience for me but have been skinny dipping in Brad daylight on a beach in rhoades a couple of years ago
Your wife need not worry as her body has done something amazing and she should be proud of it, also not many beaches full of the young and beautiful, and not many of us lads have weathered to well

I couldn’t of worded that better myself @PleasureDrone , perfect advice. It’s definitely frowned upon and there are safety measures you can take if an erection does happen like others have stated above so aslong as you are mindful and do not want to offend or come across as creepy then you will be fine, just enjoy yourself and understand that these beaches are a place to relax without judgement with likeminds. Although I’m not naive to think that nothing sexual ever happens at certain beaches, those that are respectful will hide away in the dunes out of eyesight.
We have been to a nude beach three times now… once in Rhodes by accident and twice since we got home in North Wales, it’s great and we love the liberating/relaxing feeling of being without clothes in a beautiful setting. It’s totally different to being nude at home, the feeling of fresh air on all of your body is really refreshing and definitely boosts your self image!
Our first time was in Rhodes whilst on holiday. We were doing our usual exploring and came across a nude beach hidden behind some rocks on the coast, it was a wonderful location nestled into a cove like area so we decided to come back the following day and give it a try. Having an open mind is real important when trying new things and we had never experienced being nude in public before, I fact we had never seen anybody nude in public either. So we went back and although it was quite nerving at first but you soon let go of the “what if everybody is staring at us”. We really enjoyed it and ended up staying all day and it was amazing the see the GF’s sexy curves glistening in the sun. I would definitely recommend giving a nude beach a try if you’re curious!
