I’ve never worn, but I’ve been with people who have when they’re using it.
Some observations are that they’ve always dribbled, but how much depends on 1) how long you wear it for 2) how deep he goes and much gagging there is etc, and 3) your head position ie if you’re facing down then you can’t really swallow so it’ll dribble more, but if you’re facing up then you can swallow part of your spit.

In terms of the dribbling, yes. It can cause lots of dribbling. However- wearing a gag is supposed to be a little submissive at least, so losing control of such a simple function can seriously add to the dynamic that’s being played on.

Two things… Firstly, yes, it makes you dribble but I wouldn’t worry too much about that, it’s all part of the submitting and fun as @Lexifer says. Secondly though, as others have said, unless your man is very narrow he really won’t fit and this is where you are more likely to encounter problems. My OH’s penis head doesn’t fit through the biggest O-ring I can take in my mouth, let alone his erect shaft. If you have any cock rings, check their size and if similar, make sure he can (with lube) slide them up and down his shaft once erect. When I’ve worn a ball gag, I’ve dribbled. I’d expect this would be no different. Dribbling comes with the gag territory but if you make it a little loose, you’ll be able to push it forward with your lips so that you can swallow and then reinsert.

I’ve used one of these a few times with different partners but sadly none of them have fitted through comfortably. I only have a small mouth anyways but I have tried the biggest o ring on these shopping sites, nothing to extreme but none of them work. I’ve not tried one like this but I do like the idea of it. Though I think the ring would be too small in diameter for what I’d like it for so I wouldn’t say its just a mans fantasy.

We have got this exact gag. Yes it does cause a bit of dribbling but not ridiculous amounts.
Unfortunately most O ring gags I have found are not quite large enough for my penis to fit in (and I am not a pornstar or anything like that), but you do feel wonderfully submissive wearing it.
