Hello and welcome to the site. I too have a high sex drive at 55, but it does not consume my every wake minute or thoughts. I have several other hobbies that I really enjoy and still work full time same as my wife. So I guess I don’t have enough time in the day to fit 2-3 sex sessions in and I know my wife doesn’t 
We are still 2-3 times a week which I’m grateful for and seems to fill my appetite for the most part.
