Oh! points removal

Hi, unfortunatley i recently returned a couple of items from an order to love honey (just the wrong size that was all). Anyway lovehoney got to work very quickly and refunded me straight away (thanks guys excellent customer service as usual) I was wondering though, the Oh! points i have gained from the returned purchase are still on my account. when will they be removed? I have been looking at using the point i have gained thorugh purchases but dont think its fair for me to try and use ones that rightfully i should give back.

In my experience though, it took a bout a week for my points to sort themselves out once I had returned something

Indeed, how very honourable of you :)

Oh! Points should come off of your account when an item is returned. I would recommend you speak to customer care who will be able to look into this for you.
