Has anybody got any suggestions on how I could either buy or make preferably cheaply but still sexy an oktoberfest dirndl dress iv got a white blouse I can wear busty but I'm looking for the underbust style dress to go with it.
I don't know where or how, but I can say they are damn sexy - I'm sure you'll look great in it. A couple of years ago a pair of young ladies was on a plane with me back from Munich, still drunk and still in dirndls - mmmmm!

When I've been looking for interesting outfits online I have noticed that C&A seem to sell them in Europe, maybe Germany only. Not sure if they would ship over here.
Other than that have you tried ebay or amazon?
