I am a big fan of penis pumps.
I have tested a few, and not all give the same results, so it really depends on what you need it for and how big the penis is, in a non erect capacity.
If you just want it for fun, most are good at giving results.
If you struggle with ED, then from experience when on medication, only a few gave a good enough seal to keep it firm for sex.
I’m not sure how the suction strength of this compares to the one you’re looking at but I really enjoyed the sensation of the suction especially coupled with vibration. In theory, the increased blood flow to the area should make the user more sensitive to touch after using it but it didn’t make much difference to me, it was more about the sensation than the after effects.
The pussy pump can be used to enhance the pussy and when used the vagina / labia look amazing and great for photos - but apart from that - nothing and it does not enhance the pleasure for the woman (I’m my opinion)

Like I agree it maybe doesn’t do much for the clit.
