Hello, hope everyones enjoying their weekend!! This question goes to anyone who can help:

Im curious about how long it takes from when you place an order on LH, to when it should show up in your 'My Account' 'order history' tab. This is because I placed and order last week, I have recieved the order, but it is not showing up on my account.

Im not sure if it usually takes this long but im sure it has appeared almost instantly for all of my other orders. I just dont want to miss out on any OH points, as it was quite a large order.

I imagine you couldn't have been logged on properly when you placed your order. If you have the order no. Chat to live help and they'll be able to add it to your history so that you don't miss out on oh points etc

It shows immediately. It is possible, that by chance you did not login. I would contact the LH live chat and talk to them about it. They can ensure you get your OH points.

I just happened to swing by the forum tonight and saw your post. I found your order and have linked it up to your account. It should be showing on order history now :)

In future, just double check you're logged in before shopping to get your order (and Oh! Points!) linked automatically :)
