I made an order yesterday which according to the tracking code is on it’s way to Royal Mail but it isn’t showing under the orders on my account. Is this normal?

This sounds like something you need to contact Customer Care about. It should definitely be in your orders, so I’d get in touch with them.

You’ve made the purchase without logging in to your account.
I did this last time I made an order, I unknowingly checked out as guest.
I checked before and after and I was logged in. I have spoken to Customer Service and they have sorted it for me. Thanks for the suggestion
