Okay so I'd like to just be sure about this but earlier today (before I had an account) I ordered a few things for me and my partner...
I payed through PayPal but it redirected me to love honey with an empty basket.
I checked my email and PayPal but there is no sign of payment. I'm going to wait until tomorrow to see if I receive it as I'm pretty sure it was a technical thing... Should I buy the products again? Or should I just wait.
Best thing to do is to contact customer care they should be able to tell you if your order was successful.
Did you get a confirmation email?
I would say that if you did not get confirmation email, it may not have gone through.
Best check with customer service just to be sure, if they can advise what could have gone wrong.
If you click contact us at the bottom of the page it will take you to a page where you can click on live chat x
If there is no email or transaction showing on your PayPal I would say it probably hasn't gone through. As others have said do check with customer care to clarify.
