The orgasm you describe without the ejaculate, happens to me only when my wife Pegs me. It is pure ecstasy. My body shakes uncontrollably and I do leak precum in the build up I just don’t finish with an explosive ejaculation. I’ve never witnessed this when I’ve had a solo masturbating session, it’s more the normal way to cum, not as intense and then just blow my load.
Either way I can assure you it can be normal to have orgasms without the ejaculate, it just depends on how well you stimulate the prostate.
