Other website using a LH photo?

I was browsing a big online retailer that has anything, from clothes to books to sex toys to you name it. Well, I came across one of Lovehoney's Fifty Shades of Grey products and to my surprise saw LHs familiar little heart logo watermark on the photos. But since the product is actually an LH product, I'm not sure whether that's a problem or not. So I figured I just ask here and see where it goes.

I have seen it on ebay. I was looking for plus size lingerie and saw the seven til midnight collection and they all had the lovehoney logo on the pics.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

The point of a watermark is to copyright the image and, ideally, prevent others from using them so we'd like to investigate this a bit further, Would you please send this information in an email to Customer Care, along with links to any webpages which are using our images?

This boils my blood! Its theft. No 2 ways about it.

I have it a lot with images etc and other people using them for profit and own advertising.

I just send them a invoice for use of the image or artwork via registered post. After 14 days a county court summons.

Luckily all of our images are watermarked, so in reality all the other company are doing is advertising for us! Thanks mysterious company :P

However, we would hate to think someone would shop with their company, thinking it was us, and then be disappinted when they don't receive the usual Lovehoney service and care. This is not good for business!
