My husband (Dom) doesn’t cross dress but I’ve had submissives in the past who cross dress and I’ve supported friends who do.
For me it’s no big deal, it’s a kink and everybody has them. I’ve always been encouraging and supportive, encouraging finding comfortable styles and looks or looks that support humiliation and degradation (for degradation enthusiasts). Only if my partner wanted to be degraded for wanting to dress like a girl, to be a sissy, then I’d be disparaging about it. But besides that? Nope, I’ve always been fully supportive.
I’ve never really had to “confess” to a GF or admit to wearing lingerie as some kind of disclosure. It’s always come up as a sort of “Hey, why don’t we try this?”. The reaction to that is usually a good indicator of whether or not a girl accepts the idea. I can’t actually recall who started the conversation between OH and I, I just remember stepping out of the bathroom wearing a full set of black lingerie….bra, knickers, stockings and suspenders…and asking “So will this do?” or something like that. After an initial shriek of laughter in an “Oh my god! You actually did it!” way, OH then got a little flustered and had to admit she found it a huge turn on.

As she always does when I suggested it she thought about I for a few minutes then was happy to give it a try.
Now she buys me lingerie for presents and shops with me for female outer clothes.
After my first public outing fully cross dressed she told me she was proud to be seen out with me.

I am in no way a crossdresser, my default position is always not to dress (unless it’s freezing like now of course) as we lead a clothing optional lifestyle when appropriate.
However myself and partner have tried all sorts of things, she likes lingerie and feeling nice, a few times she’s asked me to play along and put some of hers on, leading to her buying stuff off LH for me.
A fantasy for many people maybe but I’ve gone along with her suggestion a couple of times & gone out in each other’s clothes, such as her in my T-shirt/shorts and me in her tube-style summer dress. Only for a walk or to a nearby pub etc.
Maybe it is unusual for the female to suggest this or find it exciting more than the male, but if it pleases her for an occasional treat then I’m happy to go along with it. Fully being part of the lifestyle like some other posters will never happen as she owns no jewellery or make up at all herself anyway.
She says only a real man would be confident enough to wear anything (or occasionally nothing) in public rather than conforming to a norm.

What is your interest? While I’m not a cross dresser I do look good in a skirt or kilt.

I know I’ve answered something similar before. I remember mentioning my ex-submissive who crossed dressed, and how I was cool with it.
