The harness briefs are a good place to start. We use these. My advice would be to buy one size smaller than she normally wears as they work better if slightly tight.
My wife likes the strapless ones most. Not only because they’re less cumbersome to wear, but she can share in the vibrations as well as enjoying the sensations associated with thrusting.
