We recently got a penis pump (FM couple) as a toy, under the impression of increased sensitivity and bigger orgasms.
But not really noticed any effect. We take time using it, slowly increasing the vacuum, leaving it on for no longer than 15 minutes as the box says. Theres a bit of sensation when it’s on after a pump, but it doesnt last, then once it’s off everything seems normal.
Any advice would be appreciated?
Could it just be they dont have much of an effect for some guys?

Penis pumps just don’t work for everybody. I have one in the toy box and it’s not seen the light of day in many years.
If you brought it from Lovehoney have a talk to customer service they might suggest something we as the forum can’t suggest or help you trade it in for something more stimulating like a prostate massager.
Cock rings can help keep any engorged cells inflated but again there’s no do this for 100% performance enhancing effect.

Have you tried adding a cock ring on after pumping to try keep it all pumped up ?

A pump should make you bigger but effect may disappear instantly once stopped. A cock ring may assist.

We’ve not, size wasn’t really the goal, increased sensitive was. Do you think a ring could help that?

Maybe give it a try and see if it does but if not then I’d also recommend some tingle gels too!
Are you by chance circumcised?

These we’ve used and like. I think if the ring suggestion doesn’t make a difference then we might just stick to the gels

A ring is really needed.
It traps the growth until you take it off.
It’s very sensitive and enlarged for as long as you like all the time it’s on.
I bought a selection of rings and I pic different ones depending on how I am feeling.
Make sure you have lube close by to help take it off.

I think for some guys having been circumcised it can take some the sensation away from the penis head so naturally guys with foreskin should have a more sensitive one
