My question is when is it best to put on a c-ring when using a pump. I purchased the bathmate extreme and I’m really excited to use it before sex with my wife. I want to be able to have a good girth to give her, so I was told to wait 30 days before using the pump with an erection. Has anyone started using there pump with an erection? If so when did you start to pump with an erection?

Welcome to the forum sir! If anything like me I got an erection when using a pump so would be pretty hard not to have one on a first try of it

Penis pumps are fine to use with or without an erection, it’s the point where pleasure/discomfort becomes pain that you stop and if you have a wand or vibrator to tickle the sack just be prepared to wash out the pump as needed.

Cock rings should only be used for 30 minutes max, stressing your cells can lead to bruising and unforeseen injuries if you are concerned consult medical help and information from medical sources not just random internet of things.
