Are penis pumps any good? Any recommendations please.
It depends on what you’re after?
a temporary boost to abit of length maybe but usually a bit of girth for a short while? Yeah it can be fine (you’ll need a good cock ring)
Most pumps will do the same thing (vacuum suction)
For permanent size/girth. No. But there are recommended medical benefits to some who require it using the correct pumps. But this isn’t something I know too much about

Hubby tried one to help with his ed to get him up. He used a cock ring and they can give a temporary increase in size. The only trouble hubby had was it kept sucking his balls in and it was very painful when that happened.

I have tried a number of pumps, 1 manual, 1 electric. The electric pump worked best and did give me more length and girth. However for a very short time (i men seconds) I struggle with hand movement and putting cock ring on proved very tricky so found the whole experience lacking. Still suffer with ED

The cock ring holds the blood and pressure in the shaft. Without the cock ring, I loose the benefits of the pump.
I find they work very well.

I’ve just got a penis pump again to try out but had to buy some universal rubber bases what you put the penis through as the one provided was way too small and tight!
Frustratingly Lovehoney didn’t sell these universal attachments and the pump itself didn’t provide a set of sizes which would have been ideal logic.

I have not tried a daily dose, i am trying a cream that the hospital have prescribed but i must say it helps a little but i done get particularly hard. I have my next review in Jan with the clinic. Due to heart meds I am unable to have viagra or meds like that.

Very good for a pump before sex, i just wanted to try one for a different tight feeling, I used to pump it up sometimes before she got home from work, took me about an hour, took me from 5.5 inch fat to about 6.5, only an extra half inch on hard length, goes down over 4 hours or so, she liked me using it now and again for that different feeling. Have to learn how to use them properly.

Are there any recommendations for one to fit a 4 inch penis? Lots of them look too big. I don’t want to waste money if the bigger and better ones won’t work for me. Thanks

There have been a lot of online mixed messages about whether this permanently works or not. There are blogs, forums and YouTube clips from users who have been successful and I would suggest doing some research first from those who have been successful. However, from personal experience I can claim that it permanently works. I started with an above average 17cm long bone pressed erect length and a 5 inch girth around the cock. After consistent regular pumping 1 - 2 times per week (i.e. 10 minute sessions) I was able to permanently grow mine to 20+cm (8 inches) bone pressed erect length and a 6 inch girth around the cock. However, the process takes time. You also need to invest in a good quality penis pump (i.e. one that is the right size for your cock) as well as it having a pressure gauge as getting the right pressure is also important (i.e. not enough pressure and you won’t see results and too much pressure can cause damage).
My personal experience with 2 different type of pumps was that that neither of them worked. Yes initially worked but instantly you removed the pump ,there was nothing.

Hydromax 9 which is for a penis between seven and nine inches. more expensive than an air pump, bur I think it’s worth it. they seal against the body, not around the penis and use water to creat the vacuum. from my experience You need to use them over a period of time to get the full benefit. If for some reason i dont pump for a while my gains in length are pretty permanent. I have gained just over an inch,girth only seems to last a few days, I fill it up with warm water and bring it up over my penis pushing it against my body , with each pump water squirts out of the end and my penis grows in the clear tube until I have a rock hard errection which feels great.when I remove the pump My penis Looks much bigger , this gain only lasts a few hours. But my penis feels great whilst it’s going down.
I’ve used bathmates, and normal pumps. They are rarely stimulating and the fuss of having a bath or water for a bathmate is just annoying. I like the feeling, the pressure and the swell and often use a pump before solo play for the visual. The fullness can lasts several days in general but is not permanent. There are other PE resources and tools that are in my opinion permanent in particular hanging.
However as the dude above says they are only permanent for as long as you commit to the routine like going to the gym. Google thundersplace for PE options.
