Stay within the comfort zone and don't over pump least the foreskin will be all swollen. Enjoy and good luck.
Many thanks for the advice 4Uonly. I will be careful, but will be after Christmas before I order one.
Even if you do over do it, it will recover over a day or so , remember the results start to go down as soon as the pump is removed but can last a few hours.
