So last night a guy friend I’ve been having sex with for a while came round to watch a movie, chill and have some casual fun.
After we had sex we were laying on the couch and he was asking be about what I think of his dick and balls. He was concerned that it had been getting smaller for a while, as we have sex for fun often I was the vest person to ask. I said it does look a little smaller, but it’s still big and made me feel amazing.
We started thinking why this might be happening, whether it was mental, or if it was to do with possible chemicals such as BPA, BPS, BPF, Phthalates, Perfum/Perfumes or any other things that may be the cause. He said that he owns some PVC toys (companies had assured him they were safe) and he sometimes comes into contact with receipts. He also masturbates quite frequently (once a day).
Do you guys think his penis is actually shrinking and if so, what might be the cause? Is there any way to fix it? I will most likely go to the doctors with him anyway.
Maybe it’s a blood pressure/blood flow problem? Lot’s of things can affect penis size. Cold temperatures can temporarily shrink them. Maybe it’s psychological? Or even if he’s not completely aroused it may seem smaller.
So if in doubt see a doctor.
You have not said his age but I certainly think mine is smaller now than when I was 20 some 40 years ago. I have certainly put weight on so am a a lot bigger in size than i use to be but my tackle is smaller. It may be due to blood pressure as I am on tablets for that as well as @WillC said
I would say mine is a touch smaller than what it was in my 20’s, on a plus though I can go for 30-60 minutes now but in my 20’s I was done in a few minutes.
Could be an age thing but maybe an issue that needs medical attention

I don’t think my erect size or hardness has reduced
But when I’m not aroused ie going around my usual daily routine I’m definitely smaller in the last year or so
It’s more noticeable when it a week where I’ve not been fooling around with other guys on cam or not wearing my lingerie
To regain my usual flaccid state rather than being tiny I just shake my dick around a little
Maybe it’s just age maybe less blood flow

As a near 60 year old and having had several DVT’s and a Pulmonary Embolism, I now need a little “assistance”.
I am prescribed Tadalafil and find that I am slightly larger, I assume due to the assisted increase in blood flow.
