Penis sleeves are quite thick so sensation will be less, but you don’t have to wear it for the whole session. I think it’s useful to have a few tricks to keep you hard if you do go off the boil, though.
I bought one on a whim a while back, but I haven’t had much luck with it yet. It has a ball loop, and for the life of me I cannot get it on without losing my erection.
@Ian_Chimp thats why I’ve never bothered with them, too much of a struggle to get them on and the risk of losing the mood put me off, I would try one if it was on the tester list some time, but I don’t think it’s something I would buy

I’ve had a bit of experience testing out sleeves/extenders. Of those I have tested, almost all of them will still allow you to feel the squeezing pressure from your OH. If that is mainly what you are going for, I would opt for one with a softer material like silicone instead of PVC. However, the tip will be quite flimsy as opposed to it’s counterparts and may have some humorous interactions play out.
The loops are actually really easy to work with. Just use plenty of lubricant for sliding it down your hard shaft (yes, it will likely make a farting noise). Once you are bottomed out, pull extra scrotum skin through the loop, tuck one testicle through the loop, and the other will follow suit. It literally takes less than a minute to do and is quite enjoyable!

I tried a hollowed out dildo, did almost nothing for me. Granted it was thick and hard so not sure what I was expecting. The sleeves look softer and thinner, will reduce sensation for you, may get you to last longer. Some of the sleeves have the knob uncovered and just do the shaft, might be a happy medium?

As others have mentioned, they do take away some sensations. It is harder to enter your partner initially as it is soft and it is a lot wider in girth.
I tore my partner once with one as she wasn’t ready for the extra girth, killed the mood.
Other times we have used it and she loved the extra it gave.
My last one I had, became old looking so I disposed of it and haven’t had a desire to replace it, but still glad I/we had the experience from it.
I have got penis sleeves the one that @Iwill put in his comment. We don’t use them every time, just every now and again. The OH loves them and say they feel great for her. I think there quite good to be fair. We’re both happy with them.

I think that it’s useful if you got a big penis. If not - try to use it Sometimes it’s not comfortable and painful and depends on a lot of factors
I used the 3 inch extender sleeve on LH. I bought the pink skin coloured one, I wasnt a fan of the clear one as you can see your own through it
I’ve never really understood them. I think they might be cool for humiliation play or for trying to decrease the sensation the man feels to frustrate and deny them… but as a female I can’t see any attraction to the feeling this would give me.
