I’ve been toying with the idea of penile insertion recently, but first I want to try it on myself before I ask the Mrs to try. Has anyone else done this before? I know it’s very risky and ultimate care needs to be taken, so any advice would be great! I have a friend that uses ball bearings, but I’m thinking more of a metal rod with plenty of lube

As a former NHS employee, I’m begging you, please don’t put ball bearings down your one-eyed winky - do you really want to be the talk of the coffee room? Thanks for the advice! I’ll have a chat with my friend about the dangers with ball bearings. Never considered doing it myself but it’s worth keeping him out of the emergency room! Looking forward to giving the rod a go

Stay away from any insert other than stainless steel . I tried the other options and no matter how much sterile lube I used , it really dragged . I love the ribbed one , I think it is 9" by 6mm . In my mind each rib can help get lube deep down . Be gentle , especially when you get deep . I thought my wife would love it , I was wrong . She wanted nothing to do with it . Yep metal rods are the better choice as you can sterilise them before use and then lube up with medical lube.
