That sounds like a very wise decision! In saying that, I’ve always found it more helpful, in general, to see photos in review sections of real people, rather than relying on models (not that those people aren’t real… just not everyday pics)
I completely agree and this is something we are looking into! Currently photos are an all or nothing thing though, so until we can exclude certain products, they can’t be turned on

How would we do that if a member used a laughing emoji on a picture, Would we just flag the picture and add a comment 
or would it be better to send you a email?
You can send me an email, or flag any of my posts as “something else” and you can send a message with the flag

Are reposts acceptable or are you only looking for new images? The current lingerie thread is so deep there are many lost and/or forgotten images showing current product lines.
Reposts are welcome, as long the uploader uses the template (filling in what they are comfortable with) and links the product

I think a this thread concept is a great idea. I know that when I first entered this community some of the first items I bought my OH were items of Lingerie that were modelled in the photos section, and where the submitter had either posted it with a link, or let me know what the item was when I asked.
And as others have commented, its great to see an item on a number of “models”, whether its the official product shot, or some user posted ones. I understand why this can’t easily be implemented on the live website (it was be a full time job just checking the submitted images) - but I for one will have a look on these threads to see if there are any images of a product on here before committing to buy!

I am 6ft with a long torso and a huge cup size so even though you can be a “size” depending on your body shape and height the same outfit can look so so different and obviously you can’t show the lingerie / clothing on every shape and size.
Members uploads can be so helpful with sales. It would be such a shame if it was spoilt or members stopped posting due to a minority of members who don’t like or agree with what someone is wearing.
Once is once too many…shame they’ve been allowed to continue commenting on the thread.

I agree some people think it’s a porn site when it comes to pictures, I would rather see comments saying about the clothing not the body and saying how awesome they are for posting. I know some people would also get upset if they haven’t been mentioned or if they don’t get any 
That’s why I always give it a and hardly comment in the appreciation thread. Hopefully Men and Women will now know the Lingerie section isn’t on how someone looks.

In my opinion I think some men have been put off putting up pictures if they are wearing lingerie, we need more men posting lingerie so we can see what it would look like.

Thank you for looking into this @Lovehoney_Brenna. I like the idea of a lovehoney lingerie thread too, and your suggestions sound perfect. This will really help when deciding what to buy.
I agree that a lot of the comments on the lingerie thread recently have been focused on the body rather thanthe outfit and comments like that would make me feel uncomfortable. I won’t be posting photos anyway (personal choice) but I imagine there are plenty of people who would post in a LH lingerie thread with stricter rules on comments who don’t post inthe current thread.
I agree @RacyRosalee, I am at the top end of “one size” and often wonder if the queen size would be more comfortable, at least on the bottom (i’m the other way around to you I think!) Seeing the diffent sizes on people of a simular size to me is always helpful. Obviously no pressure to start posting again, just saying that I agree with you!

Yes the male uploads rock as much as the female ones @teacake maybe more as they are the minority.
Love to see the male physique in all manner of underwear and clothing. And it would be a shame if anyone was put off by a emoji…yes be great if more men posted to balance it out.
It takes real guts to post on a thread that anyone can see…I deleted mine a while ago due to lack of confidence issues…and if I’d have had a negative response I certainly wouldn’t post again.

I think the Lovehoney lingerie thread is a great idea. I’ve always tried to comment on the lingerie not the body, may have got it wrong sometimes, but I try to encourage the people who post pictures. I admire their courage…I’m too shy!
I’m tempted to try what the ladies are wearing on my male body, and I often do!
The male posters I particularly admire and they have encouraged me on my journey into the world of lingerie wearing. Long may they continue

A technical Q: If including a URL (link to LH shopping site) to the item how would links be modified (if at all) once the item has sold out & no longer being stocked?
I also think that the lingerie thread should be for photos of lingerie. I have seen a few pics where gentials are hidden over hands but with no lingerie on. It’s always puzzled me that one

hmm, I don’t think there will be moderation capacity to mark post URLs that are no longer stocked. I do think there is value in keeping the photos up though - as similar styles/shapes may be released so the model photos will still be helpful
