I agree completely! I am actively avioding anything made by them :) I would however recommend all dildos made by Vixen, in your case maybe the Outlaw? It's probably the best dildos on the market and the quality and feel is fantastic! :)
Thanks for the suggestion, but Vixen line is way out of my price range. I was looking at the Pipedream or Doc Johnson, as I could get one of them for £26 with a discount code.
Personally I would totally eat just mashed potatoes for a month to be able to buy a Vixskin product over Pipedream :-D It's a huge expense, but personally I never found anything that could compare with their awesomeness and the material will never break down like jelly/pvc/rubber.
For larger size silicone dildos you could also look at Tantus Hoss or the Doc Johnson Truskyn line.
Just to add, both products you were looking at are made of rubber and some people do react to them. It's also a porous material. I'd recommend reading around on sex toy materials so if you do go for either, you know you're making an educated decision :)
Pipedream & Doc Johnson are the same company. Pipedream is just a line of toys, including the King Cock.
A few years ago, my partner had a DJ double ended dildo and a cheap rabbit, she stored them together. One day she went to use the dildo and it had melted with the rabbit. Toxic shit that harbour bacteria. If you use a dildo anally, wash it and use it vaginally, imagine all the crap hiding in the pores. Receipe for infections.
Kaiser, Pipedream and Doc Johnson are completely different companies and are manufacturers not product lines. Pipedream do own JimmyJane now though I believe!
I think it's worth saving/spending a little more on something silicone. It will last much longer than either of the other toys you're looking at. It doesn't have to be majorly expensive like the Vixen, the colours one linked above by Shakti would be a great choice 🙂
Thanks for the opinions guys. I had discounted the lovehoney one as the title says it's 7 inches, though the details say 8 inches insertable. I may consider that as my next purchase.
I have read dangerouslily's (?) articles in depth, so I use condoms with my dildos for easier cleanup, followed by a wash in hot soapy water. Every few uses they get a soak in a sterilising fluid.
I purchased this beast https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=34171 back in September 2015 and it has changed into a myriad of different brown and mustard type colours even though it has been stored in its original packaging and never been used!.....if only I could attach a photo image to show you.......If I had found out soon enough I would have returned it to Lovehoney for a refund.
