Pls recommend a compact rechargeable wand

Hi All,

I’m looking for a recommendation for a satisfyingly powerful, compact, rechargeable wand.

For context, here are the wands we’ve tried so far - some we’ve liked and some we haven’t.

Tracey Cox Supersex 10 Function Silicone Wand Vibrator - First Wand, compact and good quality, just about powerful enough, still in regular use for travel, shame it’s not rechargeable

Doxy Die Cast - Awesome but stopped working after a month.

Doxy 3 Rechargeable - Also awesome but also stopped working after a month.

Lovehoney Deluxe Extra Powerful Rechargeable Wand Massager - Excellent, not quite as powerful as a Doxy but very close and still working after 2 years. In regular use. A bit bulky.

Lovehoney Extra Powerful Multispeed Mains Powered Magic Wand Vibrator - Very good, not quite as good as the LH deluxe but good enough and cheaper. In regular use in a second location. Cable gets in the way.

Lovehoney Purple Power Mini Massage Wand - Disappointing, smaller than I thought it would be and not enough power to be satisfying (subjective obviously). LH kindly refunded with a voucher under the 100 day guarantee.

Looking for a recommendation of something compact, rechargeable but satisfying. Tempted by the Doxy 3 USB but concerned by previous bad experience with Doxies.

Grateful for any help !

I mean, I have a favourite sourced from a certain well known retail website, but as it’s not a Lovehoney product, unfortunately I can’t link you. If you search this particular retailer for the thing that people sleep in and the informal word for a knowledgeable technician, though, you might find them.

Only you

Perhaps the jack of all trades actually has something useful to contribute to this discussion? :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m here to help as best I can.

Option 1 Mantric it’s small it’s but with a good kick smaller than the love honey deluxe

Option 2 coming in at the same size as your Lovehoney delux and controllable anywhere with a internet connection

Option 3 Drum roll please ; it’s small and cute but this one’s had the most personal time and the out of home toy of choice; 7 functions and 10 power levels, it won’t shake the fillings out of your teeth but it’s been sturdy and easily capable of its task. The red option is on sale for £18 at the moment

I need a referral link.

I hope these help with your decision and I understand everyone is different. Happy to answer any questions I might not have the answer but I’ll try.

Thanks All.

“informal word for a knowledgeable technician” - I’m being a bit thick, can I have another clue ?

I think you have more wand experience than I do but we do share in common that the little Tracey Cox battery powered was my first wand too (rather more than a decade ago now) but a great first wand.

For reference, I’ve tried a fair few rechargeables including, most recently, the We-Vibe Wand 2 and a couple of mains powered including the Doxy Die Cast (thankfully ours hasn’t died but I can see why you’re loath to try a Doxy again)

Keep in mind that if you’re after a rechargeable, the Doxy 3 USB isn’t it. It has a USB cable but needs to be plugged in during use I believe.

My favourite wand is still, and over far more expensive alternatives, the Mantric Wand, @JGood 's Option 1. The frequency of the vibes is just right for me for a really penetrating feel and hitting just the right frequency that does it for me. Not horribly buzzy like some alternatives but also not the very deep rumble of the We-vibe Wand 2. It is very much my Goldilocks Wand.

I assumed that Doxy USB was rechargeable - but re-reading the description you’re absolutely right, it’s USB powered not rechargeable, that’s definitely not what I want. Thank you, you saved me from making a mistake !

Starting to look like the Mantric is what I want to complement the excellent but hefty LH deluxe.
