How does the points system work?
I know you get them per item, but what do you use them on?

You use them to take money off your order at the checkout :)
Yes, you should see them, and the option to use them, on the payment page above the payment options. You can save them, use some of them, or use the maximum possible.
They were once used to redeem items on a special list, but they did away with that awhile ago. This way is so much better!
